Helpful Answers for Bookkeepers

  • Once you join, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to log in to the subscriber area. From there, you can access your content packs, guides, and any bonus resources included in your plan.

  • Click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page to reset instantly.

  • You can manage your subscription anytime from your Account page.

  • Because all of my products are digital and instantly accessible, I don’t offer refunds. But if you have trouble accessing your content, just reach out and I’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly.

  • Email me directly at shannon@marketingkeys.pro. I handle all support personally and try to reply within one business day (Monday to Friday).

  • Please check your spam or promotions folder as the first step. If it’s not there, send me a quick message, and I’ll resend your access link.
